Hey there!
I’m Mehroze Kainat, Service Operations Specialist and Coordinator for Victoria with Southern Support Family (SSF).
My role goes beyond just organising services, I focus on making sure every client feels supported, every worker feels empowered, and every process runs smoothly.
Whether it’s helping families access the right mix of services, coordinating specialised support like therapy or domestic assistance, or ensuring our team has what they need, I bring a hands-on approach to care.
I believe aged care is not just about providing services, it’s about creating dignity, choice, and independence for every person we work with.
I keep the gears turning behind the scenes, managing rosters, service requests, and support processes so clients receive reliable and timely care without disruptions.
From occupational therapy to transport and even handyman support, I ensure the right professionals are connected with the right clients. My job is to tailor solutions that match each individual’s needs.
I work closely with our workforce and families, making sure voices are heard, feedback is acted on, and support is always improving. For me, empowerment is just as important as service delivery.
I was honored with the Congeniality Award in December, a recognition that reflects my ability to maintain a positive and supportive work environment. This award highlights my commitment to fostering a collaborative, respectful, and productive atmosphere within the team.
I have also built a solid reputation for delivering outstanding customer service, which has earned me trust and recognition from both care managers and from the care workers.
Mehroze has a way of making everything feel organised and stress-free. She always finds solutions that work for us.
